Complex Acetabular Fracture: Preoperative 3D CT Evaluation and ORIF Using Reconstruction Plates

A complex acetabular fracture in a 61-year-old male was evaluated using preoperative 3D CT reconstruction to assess fracture fragmentation, displacement, and pelvic anatomy. The fracture was treated with open reduction and internal fixation (ORIF) using a 3.5 mm suprapectineal reconstruction plate and screws. This case highlights the role of 3D CT planning, anatomical reduction, appropriate implant selection, and stable fixation in the management of complex acetabular fractures.
